Delete your account or kitchen profile

To request deletion, email H Factor Research from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Grit & Soul deletion request” and tell us which option you want:

Grit & Soul profile only: remove your kitchen profile and its public information while keeping your shared sign-in account.
Entire shared account: request removal of the account and associated account-linked data. Because the login is shared, this also affects access to Dinner Plans.

Support: hfactorresearch@gmail.com. We verify account ownership before processing a deletion request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Browser-local recipe shelves and preferences must also be cleared through your browser or device's browsing-data settings. Deleting an account does not automatically erase data stored only on your device.
